Missouri offers online voter registration.

To register online in Missouri, you are required to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number and ONE of the following ID numbers with its issuance date: Missouri Drivers License or Missouri State ID number. If you don’t have a Missouri-issued ID or a Social Security number, you can still submit a voter registration application by mail or in person.
